Support Coordinator
The Support Coordinator supports our Executive Director, Shop Manager, Board of Directors, and volunteer staff to ensure that our events and programs are well managed. The support coordinator supports the organizers of our events and educational programs, answers mail and e-mail and directs inquiries to the appropriate persons, coordinates press coverage and marketing, and ensures that essential organizational tasks are covered to help WashCo BTC meet its commitments.
This is a rewarding opportunity that requires up to 10 hours/week, strong organizational skills, computer skills, marketing or PR skills, and a high level of personal integrity and responsibility. Our outgoing Support Coordinator is ready to train a new Support Coordinator to ensure the continuity of this key position.
Office Manager
The Office Manager works with the Executive Director and our Shop Manager to ensure that essential organizational tasks are covered. This role is essential for making sure that every aspect of the organization runs smoothly and we continue to meet our commitment to be the go-to organization for bicycle safety and advocacy in Washington County. Specific tasks include paying bills, written correspondence, and assisting with the retail shop, including inventory management.
This is a rewarding opportunity that requires up to 10 hours/week, strong organizational skills, computer skills (both software and equipment), and a high level of personal integrity and responsibility. Retail experience would also be helpful in this position. Our outgoing Support Coordinator is ready to train a new Office Manager to ensure the continuity of this key position.
Latino Outreach Coordinator
