Smart Cycling 123: For new and returning cyclists
Cost: $10
If you are new to cycling or returning after years off of the bike, you may feel a little uncomfortable with some of the basic handling skills. This clinic is designed to cover the basics in a safe environment and allow you to feel more comfortable in handling your bike. We cover the basics- mounting and dismounting, starting and stopping, riding straight line and shifting gears, and scanning behind you and signaling turns. The clinic will take 1-2 hours and takes place in a parking lot away from traffic. It is a great refresher for the next level of instruction, Confidence in Traffic.
